California Strategic Solutions has worked with numerous cities and counties in the Central Valley to provide advocacy, governmental relations, coordination and strategic partnerships to advance the California High-Speed Rail system in a manner that benefits the client communities. Additionally, we have managed community advocacy and support efforts in establishing a route stop in downtown Merced, working to secure a high-speed heavy maintenance facility in the region, and leveraging the local benefits of the statewide high-speed rail implementation process.

California Strategic Solutions also works to monitor and report on the California Transportation Commission and CalTrans budget, agenda items and actions pertaining to state funding for major transportation projects. Such projects have included the Highway 198 expansion (widening) in Kings County as well as the Mission Interchange/Expressway in the Merced region.
